• 11/2024 - Veterans Benefits - The Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs has released their new Veterans’ Benefits notice. The new law requires employers with 50+ employees to post a notice of veterans’ rights, benefits, and services available to veterans.
• 06/2024 - Minor Labor Laws - The Louisiana Workforce Commission has updated their Minor Labor Laws notice. The updated notice reflects that only minors under the age of 16 must be provided with at least one 30-minute meal period for every five hours worked.
